Newly crowned UFC two-division champion Daniel Cormier delivered a historic fight over the weekend. Now the fighter has come forward to compare his recently defeated opponent to other foes from his fighting career.
Daniel Cormier put on a dominant performance over UFC heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic in the main event of UFC 226 on Saturday, July 7. The light heavyweight title holder knockout out Miocic within the first round of their super fight, making D.C. the second fighter in UFC history to simultaneously hold multiple division titles.
Now an insider source has come forward to claim that the new two-division champion believes Stipe Miocic does not hit harder than former opponent Dan Henderson or knockout artist Anthony “Rumble” Johnson. Of course, the result was ultimately the same for Cormier an each occasion.
