Glover Teixeira Dominated By Corey Anderson In UFC’s Germany Co-Main Event | UFC Results

In today’s UFC co-main event, former UFC title challenger Glover Teixeira returned to action against the top ranked Corey Anderson.

The first round was very much a back-and-forth affair on the feet. However, Anderson’s chain-wrestling proved too much for the former UFC title challenger, taking him down repeatedly throughout the round. To his credit, Glover was able to get up quickly and repeatedly every time, even ending the round with a locked in guillotine choke, prior to the bell.

The next two rounds were much of the same, Corey Anderson easily coasting through the full fifteen minutes with a constant pressure of wrestling takedowns.

Official Result: Corey Anderson def. Glover Teixeira via unanimous decision. (30-27 *All)
