Move Over Khabib, Putin Personally Hosts Conor McGregor In Russia

UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov and former title holder Conor McGregor were both in attendance for the World Cup today in Russia. However, it would appear that “Notorious” received special treatment from the Russian government over the Dagestan native.

Nurmagomedov first took to social media to reveal that he enjoyed the World Cup finals while wearing his #1 jersey gifted by the Russian national team.

“Childhood dream come true #WorldCup2018 #Russia #football #soccer”

Conor McGregor later followed up by revealing that he was enjoying the finals as well.

Well, now “Notorious” has come forward to reveal that he was invited to the World Cup finals as a guest to Russian President Vladimir Putin. Check it out below.

“Today I was invited to the World Cup final as a guest of Russian President Vladimir Putin. This man is one of the greatest leaders of our time and I was honored to attend such a landmark event alongside him. Today was an honor for me Mr. Putin.
