Rousey’s Coach Edmond Tarverdyan Calls out Brendan Schaub To Come Fight His Newest Protege, Willing To Bet $100,000

Edmen Shahbazyan successfully dominated his opponent on the latest edition of Dana White’s Tuesday Night Contender Series. After the middleweight landed a contract with the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) over his performance, the fighter’s coach has since come forward with an interesting proposition.

Shahbazyan is coached by Edmond Tarverdyan, longtime coach to UFC megastar Ronda Rousey. Beyond that, Shahbazyan is also managed by Ronda Rousey and her longtime coach.

Taking to Instagram, Tarverdyan has decided to call out former UFC heavyweight Brendan Schaub to spar with the newly signed middleweight. Beyond that, Tarverdyan is willing to put $100,000 on the line for his fighter.

“Hey @brendanschaub I trained him from age 10. National boxing champ. Bjj champ. State in wrestling. Karate black belt. He will whip your ass and I can’t coach u as**ole???”

“I swear come spar with him he is a 185 pounder and ill give u 10-1 odds. He whips ur ass u give me 1,000 if u beat him I give you 100k if u win.”
