The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is constantly on the prowl for new and exciting match ups. With that in mind, the world’s most famous mixed martial arts promotion has now locked down seven new bouts.
As reported by ESPN, middleweights Rondaldo “Jacare” Souza and David Branch are now set to face off at UFC 230 on Nov. 3 in New York’s Madison Square Garden. The event will be featured live on pay-per-view.
Meanwhile, welterweights Jake Ellenberger and Bryan Barberena are now set to battle it out at UFC Fight Night 135 from within the Pinnacle Bank Arena in Lincoln, Nebraska. Barberena first revealed the news over social media.

Alexa Grasso was forced out of her match up against Angela Hill for the same card. However, as reported by MMA Fighting, Hill will now be taking on Cortney Casey on the night’s card.
The UFC will be making it’s debut in Russia within the city of Moscow for UFC Fight Night 136. The promotion has since officially announced that heavyweights Mark Hunt and Alexey Oleynik will be battling it out on the card. UFC Fight Night 136 goes down Sept. 15.
As reported by MMA Fighting, UFC women’s flyweight champion Nicco Montano is now set to take on former women’s bantamweight title challenger Valentina Shevchenko at UFC 228. The live pay-per-view event will go down Sept. 8 from within the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas.
As reported by MMA Junkie, light heavyweights Sam Alvey and Antonio Rogerio Nogueira are now locked in to fight at UFC Fight Night 137. The event will take place within Sao Paulo, Brazil on Sept. 22.
ESPN’s Brett Okamoto has reported that former UFC lightweight champion Frankie Edgar and Chan Sung Jung are now set to compete at UFC Denver on Nov. 10. As reported by MMA Kings, UFC Denver is now also set to feature a fight between Donald Cerrone and Mike Perry.
Lastly, UFC Fight Night 136 in Moscow is expected to receive another exciting fight. Middleweights Krzysztof Jotko and Adam Yandiev are set to compete on the card, as reported by MMA DNA.
