UFC heavyweight champion Stipe Miocic suffered the end of his title reign back at UFC 226. Now the former title holder is asking for an immediate rematch.
UFC light heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier moved up in weight and challenged Miocic for his title in the main event of UFC 226 on Saturday, July 7. D.C. earned a first round knockout victory for the belt.
Taking to Twitter, Miocic has come forward with his argument as to why he deserves an immediate rematch. Check it out below:
“I have 4 belts. I broke the record for consecutive title defenses. I cleared out the heavyweight division. @dc_mma, let’s have rematch as proven champs.”
