Mixed martial arts promotion Legacy Fight Alliance (LFA) hosted LFA 46 in Newport News, Va on Friday, offering fight fans a series of exciting match ups. With that in mind, there is one exchange from inside the cage that is getting the attention of fight fans.
Mumia Abu Dey Ali and Mitch Aguiar went toe-to-toe for the exciting event, putting some of the most intense mixed martial marts to date. Both fighters managed to rock each other with power shots time and time again, before the brief flurry of blows ultimately reached its finally.
