While Demi Lovato is a known avid fan of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. It would appear that the pop star recently picked up a little mixed martial arts training on the side.
Speaking to MMA Junkie, UFC women’s strawweight Emily Whitmire revealed that she was called to Montana to aid the singer in a training session.
“For real, that girl can hit,” Whitmire said. “And she does have movement.”
It has since been reported that Lovato suffered a drug overdose on Wednesday and has been hospitalized over the incident.
