Newly crowned two-division UFC champion Daniel Cormier made history over the weekend. Now fight fans can watch Cormier deliver his historic performance in incredible slow-motion.
The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) was in Las Vegas, Nev. on Saturday, July 7, to host the spectacular fight card for UFC 226. The live pay-per-view event went down inside the illustrious T-Mobile Arena and featured a series of exciting match ups.
Among them, UFC light heavyweight champion Daniel Cormier headlined the night’s event by taking on UFC heavyweight title holder Stipe Mioicic in a super fight for his belt. Cormier made short work of his opponent, earning a knockout victory within the first round.
The world’s most famous mixed martial arts promotion has since decided to provide a clip of many of the night’s stunning moments, including Cormier’s historic win, in super slo-motion. Check it out below:
