Undefeated UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov has been wanting his Sambo veteran father Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov in his corner for years now. However, the fighter’s father has not been able to obtain a visa for quite some time. Of course, things have since changed.
Khabib Nurmagomedov is set to fight Conor McGregor in the main event of UFC 229 on Oct. 6, live on pay-per-view. Knowing that UFC President Dana White has been friends with President Donald Trump for many years, Nurmagomedov recently decided to reach out to Dana White in hopes of earning his father a visa.

Well, it would appear that Dana White’s connections have since pulled through. Khabib Nurmagomedov has since returned to Instagram to reveal that President Donald Trump has seemingly approved a visa for his father.
