Undefeated UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov is now locked in to face former two-division title holder Conor McGregor. With that in mind, it would appear that the Dagestan native may not have total support from Russian mixed martial arts fans.
“The Eagle” and the Ireland native are set to throw down in the main event of UFC 229. The live pay-per-view fight card will take place Oct. 6 from within the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nev.
Khabib Nurmagomedov recently decided to offer a comment on the match up over social media. After translating a series of comments from Russian MMA fans, it would appear that some are quite on the side of Conor McGregor. Check it out below.
