Former UFC light heavyweight champions Chuck Liddell and Tito Ortiz have each pulled themselves out of retirement. Now set to compete in a long awaited trilogy rematch, details concerning Liddell vs. Ortiz III have since come to light.
Chuck Liddell and Tito Ortiz have signed under Oscar De La Hoya’s new Golden Boy MMA promotion. Now the two mixed martial arts veterans are set to fight in the main event of the promotion’s inaugural fight card.
The event will take place Nov. 24 from within The Forum in Inglewood, Calif. and will be featured live on pay-per-view. Speaking on the latest edition of Ariel Helwani’s MMA Show, Chuck Liddell has since revealed that his upcoming match up againdt Tito Ortiz will be a three round main event fight.
