UFC megastar Conor McGregor is nearing his big octagon return. Now the Ireland native has decided to shake things up over social media.
“Notorious” is set to challenge undefeated UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov for his title within the main event of UFC 229. The live pay-per-view event will take place Saturday, Oct. 6, from within the illustrious T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nev.
McGregor has yet to do any promotion for the upcoming match up. However, Nurmagomedov and McGregor are expected to make an appearance at a press conference in promotion for the match up on Sept. 20 from within the Radio City Music Hall in New York.
The press conference will reportedly be closed to the public. However, “Notorious” has come forward to claim that any fight fan that appears at the event with a bottle of his new “Proper 12” Irish Whiskey will allegedly gain entry. Check it out within the social media posts below.
