Former UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones failed a drug test for UFC 214. USADA has since issued a verdict on the matter, sanctioning a 15-month suspension that will end in Oct. 2018.
It has since been reported that “Bones” Jones received a shorter sentence because the fighter allegedly provided information concerning another anti-doping policy violator. Taking to Twitter, ESPN’s Brett Okamoto has since reported an official statement from UFC President Dana White concerning Jon Jones’ recent USADA verdict.
