YouTube sensations Logan Paul and KSI scored an estimated 800,000 pay-per-view purchases via a $10 YouTube live streaming service for their boxing match earlier this year. After the bout, which ended in a draw, Logan Paul revealed that he is interested in competing for the UFC.
Speaking to media after the recent UFC 229 press conference in New York, UFC President Dana White offered his thoughts on a possible octagon debut for Logan Paul.
“That guy would get murdered here.” White said. “He would get hurt badly. If I ever let him fight in the UFC, I should be arrested. But hey, no hate for the kid. Good for him. Look at the business that guy has built on YouTube and the number of pay-per-views they did on YouTube.”
“But, trust me.” White later added. “Don’t play around over here. You will get hurt.”
