Oscar De La Hoya was a champion boxer in his day. Now retired, the pugilist legend is a promoter for his own Golden Boy Boxing and newly founded Golden Boy MMA. That being said, it would appear that the promoter is not working with any competitors under management to MMA’s Ali Abdelaziz.
Taking to Twitter Ali Abdelaziz, manager to prominent MMA fighters such as UFC champion Khabib Nurmagomedov, recently vented that people are claiming that Oscar De La Hoya has no interest in doing business with him.
“Hey I got 3 different people saying @OscarDeLaHoya not interested in doing businesss with me but the reality I’m not interest in guys who snort cocaine and wear short dresses all my fighters are in real promotions not one offs @GoldenBoyBoxing”
