UFC lightweight contender Dustin Poirier is currently set to welcome mixed martial arts superstar Nate Diaz back into the octagon. That being said, Poirier thinks they should be fighting for a title.
Poirier and the Stockton native will battle it out for the co-main event of UFC 230 on Nov. 3, live on pay-per-view. With many fighters already having voiced their interests in having a 165 pound division, Poirier has now come forward to suggest that the UFC implement the new division and let him and Diaz fight for the belt in their upcoming match up.
“What about me and Nate for the 165lbs belt?”
