Undefeated UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov is currently set to throw down with UFC megastar Conor McGregor. That being said, it would appear that the Dagestan native has been wanting to set up a fight against “Notorious” for quite some time now.
Nurmagomedov and McGregor are now set to headline UFC 229. The live pay-per-view event will take place Saturday, Oct. 6, from within the illustrious T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nev.
