Roger Huerta Prematurely Celebrates, Gets Knocked Out For It | Bellator Results

Mixed martial arts promotion Bellator MMA hosted an entertaining night of fights yesterday. Now highlights from one of the event’s most stunning performances has made its way to the internet.

Bellator 205 took place on Friday, Sept. 21, in Boise, Idaho. Featured on the night’s card, former UFC fighter turned Bellator competitor Roger Huerta went toe-to-toe with Patricky Freire.

Huerta was seemingly getting the better of his opponent in the stand up exchanges throughout the fight. However, things quickly took a turn.

Huerta began celebrating his progress in the fight when Freire suddenly fired off a knockout blow that earned the fighter a second round finish victory. Check out a replay of the stunning moment within the video provided above.
