The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is in Sao Paulo, Brazil tonight to host another exciting night of fights. With the fight card now underway, the time has come to take a look at the UFC Results from the latest fight to make it to the card.
UFC Fight Night 137 is taking place in Sao Paulo, Brazil this Saturday, Sept. 22, for fight fans around the world. Continuing the night’s UFC Fight Pass preliminary card, former Bellator middleweight Hector Lombard, currently on a five fight losing streak, is facing off against Thales Leites in a battle for division dominance.
The first round went at a methodical pace. Neither fighter seemed interested in entering an all-out war. Rather, the two fighters each took their time to test the range and power of their opponent. This will be a tough round for the judges.
Leites put on a dominant performance in the second round. The fighter bloodied Lombard’s face with a flurry of blows, thought the competitor was unable to finish the former Bellator champion.
Leites dominated Lombard in the final round, bloodying the fighter with a furry. However, Lombard was able to weather the storm until the sound of the fight ending final bell.
