UFC Fight Night 140 is set to take place Nov. 17 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The fight card is set to be the promotion’s big debut event within the country.
Featherweights Enrique Barzola and Nad Narimani were initially set to face off on the night’s card. However, Barzola has since pulled out of the fight after suffering an injury.
Women’s strawweights Maryna Moroz and Ariane Lipski were also set to throw down on the night’s card. However, Moroz has since removed herself from the fight card after suffering an injury of her own.
Now MMA Brasil’s Matheus Costa has come forward to report that the UFC was unable to find an applicable new opponent for Ariana Lipski. Consequently, Lipski has now also been removed from the night’s event. A total three fighters have now been removed from UFC Fight Night 140 within just the past seven days.
