Undefeated UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov submitted Conor McGregor in the main event of UFC 229 on Saturday, Oct. 6. Nurmagomedov immediately jumped out of the octagon after the fact and attacked McGregor’s teammate Dillon Danis.
A massive brawl quickly broke out between the opposing fight camps, which all occurred live on the UFC record breaking UFC 229 pay-per-view. Two-division UFC champion Daniel Cormier was cage side in support of his teammate Khabib Nurmagomedov.
