Daniel Cormier Opens Up On Retirement Plans | UFC News

Two-division UFC champion Daniel Cormier is currently planning on retiring from the sport of mixed martial arts when he is 40-years-old. Well, the reigning title holder is currently 39-years-of-age.

D.C. is currently set to fight Derrick Lewis in the main event of UFC 230 on Saturday, Nov. 3. Beyond that, Cormier has a few options. The title holder has shown an interest in fighting former champion Brock Lesnar, having called out the WWE superstar back at UFC 226.

However, Cormier also wants to fight Jon Jones before the end of his career. Either way, D.C. is predicting that he only has one fight left in his career following UFC 230.
