Conor McGregor is currently set to fight Khabib Nurmagomedov for the UFC lightweight title this weekend. With that in mind, the Ireland native’s teammate and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructor Dillon Danis believes he has prepared “Notorious” for an even better opponent.
Nurmagomedov and McGregor will face off in the main event of UFC 229 on Saturday, live on pay-per-view. Speaking on a recent edition of UFC 229 Embedded, Dillon Danis claimed that he has been acting as a better version of Khabib Nurmagomedov in preparation for Conor McGregor’s fight.
“I believe I have the same kind of game as khabib but I have a lot more submissions in my arsenal. Like I have the relentlessness in my wrestling, but I attack a lot more and I’m a little bit bigger. So, I feel that I am basically bringing a better version of Kkhabib to Conor every single day.”
