The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is now only days away from hosting the highly anticipated fight card for UFC 229. With that in mind, the world’s most famous mixed martial arts promotion hosted a second pre-fight press conference today in promotion for the event.
UFC 229 will take place this Saturday, Oct. 6., from within the illustrious T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nev. Headlining the night’s live pay-per-view, undefeated UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov will face off against mixed martial arts megastar Conor McGregor.
Conor McGregor was late to the conference. Khabib Nurmagomedov refused to wait for his opponent and commenced the conference. After waiting a moment, “The Eagle” left the stage.
UFC President Dana White answered questions from the media for a while, before Conor McGregor finally made an appearance at the conference. Check out Conor McGregor’s solo staredown photo op at the end of the presser down below.
