Khabib Says One Of Conor’s Teammates Definitely Called Him A “Muslim scumbag”

UFC lightweight Champion Khabib Nurmagomedov submitted Conor McGregor at UFC 229 on Oct. 6. Directly afterwards, the reigning champion leaped out of the cage and attacked McGregor’s teammate Dillon Danis.

A brawl quickly ensued between the two fight camps. Speaking to Russian media in a recent interview, Khabib Nurmagomedov claimed that an unidentified member of Conor McGregor’s cage side fight camp called him a “Muslim scumbag.”

“What was the trainer of McGregor shouting?” Nurmagomedov said. “That I am a Muslim scumbag. I do not want to repeat.” Dillon Danis has already come forward to claim that he made no insensitive slurs at UFC 229 at Khabib Nurmagomedov during the recent fight.
