Undefeated UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov submitted UFC megastar Conor McGregor back at UFC 229. Since the fight, the reigning title holder has gone on to challenge undefeated boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr. to a bout inside the squared circle.
Speaking to ESPN’s Brett Okamoto, Khabib Nurmagomedov’s manager Ali Abdelaziz has now come forward to reveal that he believes the Dagestan native has the power to drop “Money” Mayweather if they meet inside the ring.
“(Floyd) can’t make Khabib tired, we already know that. I know it’s a different sport, but Khabib not Conor down. Floyd couldn’t. And all it’s gonna take is one punch, and I think Khabib can drop Floyd.”
