In Saturday’s UFC 229 main event, Conor McGregor took his second straight combat sports loss after Khabib submitted him in round four of their title fight.
In the moments following the finish, the first brawl of its kind ensued in the arena. (Replay above)
McGregor would not give a post fight speech, or interview, or attend the evening’s post-fight press-conference.
Instead, Conor McGregor sent out two brief statements through his social media, and he makes it clear that he’ll be back, and wants a rematch.

Then in another message, this time on his confirmed Instagram, McGregor followed up these remarks with the following”:
I’ll be back.
