The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) hosted an incredible night of fights on Saturday. However, the event ultimately ended in massive controversy.
UFC 229 took place within the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nev. on Oct. 6. The event took place live on pay-per-view for fight fans around the world.
Headlining the card, Conor McGregor went toe-to-toe with Khabib Nurmagomedov for the UFC lightweight title. Ultimately, the Dagestan native retained his title and turned his 26-0 undefeated streak to 27-0.
Within the fourth round, Khabib Nurmagomedov choked out Conor McGregor for a massive victory. However, a fracas quickly broke out between the teams of the two fighters. Check out footage from the incident up above.
