State Of Nevada Does Not Pay McGregor Or Khabib Following UFC 229 Brawl

UFC megastar Conor McGregor and undefeated UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov finally threw down inside the octagon on Saturday. Following the fight, however, a massive fracas broke out inside the T-Mobile Arena.

McGregor and Nurmagomedov faced off in the main event of UFC 229 on Saturday, Oct. 6, for the main event of UFC 229. On live pay-per-view, Nurmagomedov earned a submission victory over the Ireland native within the fourth round of their match up.

Directly after the fight, a brawl broke out between the teams of Conor McGregor and Khabib Nurmagomedov. ESPN’s Brett Okamoto has since come forward to report that the Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) has decided to freeze Conor McGregor’s expected $3 million payday and Khabib Nurmagomedov’s expected $2 million. Neither fighter is currently being paid for the match up.
