The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is delivering another stunning night of fights tonight for fans around the world. With that in mind, fight fans can now check out the UFC results from the latest bout to grace the octagon.
The highly anticipated fight card for UFC 229 is taking place inside the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nev. tonight, Oct. 6. Kicking off the night’s live pay-per-view main card, UFC women’s strawweights Felice Herrig and Michelle Waterson are going toe-to-toe in a battle for division dominance.
Waterson and Herrig opened up the first round at a blistering pace. However, Herrig managed to slow things to a more methodical rhythm after pressuring her opponent into the fence. This was a big round for Herrig.
Waterson came back strong in the second round. Tossing her opponent to the canvas, Waterson began pummeling Herrig with a series of tough shots. Waterson certainly put on a dominant round for the judges.
Herrig managed to get her opponent to the canvas in the final round, but suffered some tough shots from Waterson in the process. However, neither fighter was able to get the finish. This one has gone the distance.
