Former UFC light heavyweight champion Chuck Liddell gained an executive position with the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) after retiring from the sport. However, the former title holder was let go from his position after the promotion was sold to Endeavor.
Liddell has since come out of retirement and his now set to fight fellow former retired UFC legend Tito Ortiz in a trilogy rematch. The two former champions will face off Nov. 24 from within The Forum in Inglewood, Calif. The event will be featured live on pay-per-view for the inaugural event under Oscar De La Hoya’s new Golden Boy MMA promotion.
