Bellator MMA’s Dillon Danis has been picking a Twitter fight with former ONE welterweight champion Ben Askren as of late. Now the two fighters are taking their social media warfare to the next level.
UFC News
Ben Askren was recently traded to the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) in the first ever major fighter trade agreement between two prominent MMA promotions. Since then, Askren has been going back and forth with fighters over social media as the former ONE title holder continues to churn up interests ahead of his octagon debut.
Meanwhile, Conor McGregor’s Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructor Dillon Danis has been warring with Askren over social media as well. Despite not competing within the UFC, it would appear that Danis is interested in facing the undefeated fighting phenom.
Taking to Twitter, Ben Askren recently offered a boasting message.
“I’ll fight any Welterweight in the World, except @sarjncharg”

Dillon Danis quickly responded, but just as quickly deleted his message from the social media platform.
However it wasn’t quick enough, as Askren has already fired back with a response. Check out the rest of the exchange down below.
“No I’d fight you but you suck too much for any promoter to even consider the idea.”
