The highly anticipated fight card for UFC 230 is set to go down this Saturday, Nov. 3, from within Madison Square Garden in New York. Fight fans worldwide can catch the card live on pay-per-view.
Fighters for the event each stepped on the scale today for the official UFC 230 weigh-ins. However, two of the night’s competitors missed weight for their upcoming match ups.
Headliners Daniel Cormier and Derrick Lewis made weight for the event, with “The Black Beast” hitting the scale 13.4 pounds heavier than his opponent. However, women’s flyweight Sijara Eubanks missed weight for her bout against Roxanne Modafferi by 1.2 pounds.
Eubanks will consequently forfeit 20 percent of her fight purse, as the match up will now continue as a catchweight bout. Meanwhile, bantamweight Brian Kelleher came in one pound over the weight limit for his bout against Montel Jackson.
Likewise, Kelleher will now forfeit 20 percent of his fight purse to his opponent on Saturday night. Check out the full weigh-in results down below.
