Alhassan was arrested back in April after being accused of taking two women home from a bar and raping them. The fighter has since made his $20,000, under the pretense of wearing a GPS monitor.

A bond hearing was held in Tarrant County, TX on Tuesday, in which Alhassan’s lawyer pleaded for the GPS monitor to be removed so that the fighter could continue training. Tarrant County Criminal Magistrate Timmie White ultimately sided with Alhassan.

“I don’t see any reason for me to stop him from making his living.” White said. “If he so much as sneezes during the wrong time” the fight would by sent to jail, White later warned.
