The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is currently gearing up for another exciting night of fights. This time around, the world’s most famous mixed martial arts promotion is arranging for the highly anticipated fight card of UFC Fight Night 129.
Headlining the event, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu phenom Demian Maia will be looking to make UFC history as he takes on tough contender Kamaru Usman. Maia is set to tie the all-time UFC total wins record if he defeats his opponent over the weekend.
The record is currently held by former UFC middleweight champion Michael Bisping, with 20 total victories inside the octagon. At any rate, Maia will have his chance to tie for UFC history come May 19 within the Movistar Arena in the UFC’s debut in Santiago, Chile.
