Top Rank Boxing hosted a stunning night of bouts through ESPN on Saturday. Now the brutal exchange between two of the night’s super-lightweights is taking the internet by storm.
Alex Saucedo and former title challenger Lenny Zappavigna went toe-to-toe in the opening fight for the ESPN card, offering fight fans a bloody war inside the squared circle for the ages. Saucedo ultimately got the better of his opponent and earned a stoppage over Zappavigna.
Through it all, Zappavigna was brutalized by his opponent’s punching and suffered a terribly mangled eye over the match. Check out replays from the battle down below:
