Undefeated UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov has been making headlines as of late for allegedly mistreating homeless individuals. That being said, upcoming opponent Conor McGregor has a history of helping those in need.
“The Eagle” recently made headlines for joining his cousin in offering two homeless people money if they would perform certain tasks for them. Nurmagomedov then filmed the homeless individuals doing pushups. The Dagestan native laughed throughout the process.
However Conor McGregor, as reported by the independent.ie, donated €50k to homeless charities in his home country of Ireland years ago. Check out McGregor discussing the matter within the video provided below.
Conor McGregor is now set to face off against Khabib Nurmagomedov for his title in the main event of UFC 229. The event will take place live on pay-per-view Oct. 6.
