UFC heavyweight Mark Hunt has a history of battling alleged PED abusers in the UFC. After losing to Brock Lesnar at UFC 200, the loss was later reprimanded for Lesnar’s failed drug test, Hunt filed a lawsuit against the UFC.
Most recently, Hunt went up against Alistair Overeem at UFC 209. Hunt lost to Overeem via third round KO.
Following the defeat, MMA on Sirius XM has claimed that Overeem was not fighting at 100% that night.
Over Twitter, MMA on Sirius XM said “@Alistairovereem says he was 70-80% going into the octagon versus @markhhunt1974 at #UFC209.”
Mark Hunt quickly responded, “ahahahhaha 70-80 percent steroids hahahaha.”
Alistair Overeem failed a drug test for high testosterone levels ahead of UFC 146 nearly five years ago.
