UFC superstar Nate Diaz and Ireland native Conor McGregor have battled it out twice now. Diaz stunned the world with a dominant display at UFC 196 in their first match up.
Despite taking the fight on short notice, the Stockton native managed to choke out Connor McGregor for an incredible submission victory. In their rematch, “Notorious” earned an incredibly close majority decision victory.
McGregor has since come forward to reveal that he wants a trilogy rematch against Nate Diaz. That being said, the Stockton native has no interest in blooding up the former two-division champion all over again.
“I ain’t fighting no trilogy,” Diaz said to TMZ Sports. “He already got his ass whipped. He can fight everybody else. I got s–t to do, too.”
The Stockton native is now set to fight Dustin Poirier in the co-main event of UFC 230. The event will take place live on pay-per-view Nov. 3.
