Last weekend, Kansas City, Missouri held the Ultimate Fighting Championship’s latest event. UFC on FOX 24 went down inside the Sprint Center with Demetrious “Mighty Mouse” Johnson defending his belt from challenger Wilson Reis in the main event.
Also on the main card, middleweight Robert Whittaker took out No. 3 middleweight contender Ronaldo “Jacare” Souza with an impressive TKO performance. Directly after his impressive victory, Robert Whittaker called out the champion.
Now, UFC middleweight champion Michael “The Count” Bisping is calling back. On a recent edition of his latest podcast Believe You Me, “The Count” noted that he would be fine with fighting Whittaker after his bout with Georges St-Pierre.
“I’ve got no qualms fighting Robert Whittaker. Let’s just make that abundantly clear right now.” Bisping said, before putting down Yoel Romero. “Yoel Romero is a dirty, lying, cheating, (expletive). If you want to do Whittaker after I’ve beaten GSP, we can. If not, I’ll do Romero. But, I see Robert as a more worthy contender.”
