Things got really heated between lightweight contenders Michael Chiesa and Kevin Lee during Friday’s UFC Summer Kickoff Press Conference.
Chiesa is scheduled to fight Lee on June 25 in the main event of a UFC Fight Night event in Oklahoma City.
At first, Lee showed respect towards Chiesa at the press conference. However, thing quickly escalated when Lee started mentioning Chiesa’s mother.
Chiesa warned Lee not to talk about his mother, but when Lee continued, Chiesa stormed across the stage and brawl between the two began.
Lee landed a punch before security separated the two lightweight fighters. They were then both escorted out of the press conference.
After the press conference, fighters faced off for photos. The UFC brought Chiesa and Lee back into the room and the two continued to trash talk one another.
