On Saturday, at UFC 212, Vitor Belfort earned a decision win in his home country of Brazil.
Belfort won a close decision against former UFC middleweight title challenger Nate Marquardt.
This was the first decision win for Belfort in almost a decade. Belfort fought a different style in Rio de Janeiro. He was much more patient and calm compared to his other fights. This new strategy seems to work for “The Phenom” as he broke a three-fight losing streak.
Going into this fight, there were speculations of Belfort retiring. However, during his post-fight interview, Belfort revealed that he will fight five more times.
In the videos below, you can watch highlights of Belfort’s impressive win in Brazil.
