Korean student Ryan Kim was enjoying some time on an Australian beach, until he wasn’t. The 26-year-old man suffered an unfortunate incident and drowned. However, that was not to be the end for the student.
Ryan Kim was clinically dead for at least five minutes, before being revived by local lifeguards.
After removing much of the water from Ryan Kim’s lungs, the group of lifeguards began performing CPR on the man. Eventually, the lifeguards turned to defibrillation, as Ryan Kim had entered cardiac arrest.
In the end, Ryan Kim was brought back to consciousness and saved from his potential fate.
