Nunes vs. Shevhenko Gets Intense Promo for UFC 213 — Must Watch!

The UFC has released a promotional video for UFC 213 Countdown.

The video, which can be seen below, follows the four fighters competing for UFC gold at UFC 213.

UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion Amanda Nunes will defend her title against Valentina Shevchenko in the main event.

This will be the second time these two women meet inside the octagon. In March 2016, Nunes earned a decision win over Shevchenko.

After her victory, Nunes won the UFC title by submitting Miesha Tate. She has since defended her title by knocking out Ronda Rousey.

Since losing to Nunes, Shevchenko has won a decision against Holly Holm and has submitted Julianna Pena to earn herself a title opportunity.

The UFC will crown an interim middleweight champion in the co-main event of UFC 213. Middleweight contenders Yoel Romero and Robert Whittaker will square off for the interim 185-pound title.

Both men are unbeaten in the middleweight division. Romero is on an eight-fight win streak in the UFC, while Whittaker is on a seven-fight win streak.
