UFC President Dana White and UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor have given their predictions for McGregor’s next fight.
On Aug. 26, McGregor will make his professional boxing debut against boxing legend Floyd “Money” Mayweather.
This week, Mayweather and McGregor are doing a world press tour to promote their upcoming fight.
After their second press conference, which took place Wednesday in Toronto, both White and McGregor talked about how they see the fight going down.
“A guy at Conor McGregor level in a 12-round fight will hit Floyd at some point,” White said. “Conor is a knockout artist, and if he catches him he will hurt, and if he does hurt him, he will finish him.”
McGregor went on to predict that he will finish Mayweather sometime within the first four rounds of their 12-round fight.
Mayweather vs. McGregor will take place Saturday, August 26 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
