Legendary cutman Jacob “Stitch” Duran recently took a moment to give his thoughts on the recent fallout and controversy behind Paul Malignaggi’s departure from Conor McGregor’s camp.

Paul Malignaggi was initially set to be a sparring partner for the UFC champion. However, Malignaggi left the training camp shortly after a series of sparring photos were leaked online. Now, the former boxing champion and Conor McGregor are not on the best of terms.

In a recent interview with Helen Lee, Jacob “Stitch” Duran explained that he does not believe Malignaggi overreacted. With Malignaggi being a former boxing champion, Duran explained that he deserved respect. For the full interview, see the video below.
