UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor has revealed why he holds his newborn son like a football.
Whenever McGregor is in public with his son, he holds him like a running back holds a football.
Last Friday, McGregor brought his son along with him during his media day in Las Vegas. While speaking to the media, McGregor was asked why he holds his son like a football.
“Just feels right,” McGregor said. “I have multiple ways but that seems to be a good one.”
McGregor and his longtime girlfriend, Dee Devlin, gave birth to their first child earlier this year.
McGregor is currently preparing for the biggest fight of his career. In less than two weeks, McGregor will fight boxing legend Floyd “Money” Mayweather.
The UFC champion will be making his professional boxing debut when he steps into the ring with Mayweather.
Mayweather vs. McGregor will take place Aug. 26 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
