The Nevada State Athletic Commission has officially decided who will referee judges will be for the highly anticipated boxing match between Floyd “Money” Mayweather and UFC Lightweight Champion Conor McGregor.
On Wednesday, the NSAC held a meeting and decided who the officials will be for the fight later this month.
Referee Robert Byrd will be the third man in the ring when Mayweather fights McGregor. Byrd is a veteran boxing referee and has officiated multiple high-leveled title fights in the past.
Burt Clements, Dave Moretti, and Guido Cavalleri will be the three judges at ringside should the fight go all 12 rounds.
McGregor will be fighting in his first professional boxing match, while McGregor will be fighting for the 50th time in his legendary career.
Mayweather vs. McGregor will be taking place Aug. 26 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
