UFC mega star Nate Diaz hasn’t fought since his UFC 202 majority decision loss to UFC lightweight champion Conor McGregor. It’s been over a year at this point, and Nate now teases in a new post to his social media, that he’s “back in action”.
The UFC mega-star from Stockton fought Conor Mcgregor twice in 2016, going 1-1 against the Irish star.
The two originally agreed to a trilogy match, however, as things evolved the trilogy kept getting pushed out, and now with McGregor feeling pressure to defend his title first, this trilogy for the fans may never happen.
Still though, Nate Diaz has been clear about his intentions to return to fighting. As recently as last month, the Stockton star hinted that he’d make a move to boxing, “Ufc offered me title fight in any weight class Im kool though I’ll givem a shot when they do something good. On to the next sport for now”
Now in a new post, he’s seen back in the training room. Which is nothing new, because Nate Diaz has remained active, training daily during his lengthy time off. However, what is new is he says he’s back.
